"Fresh Steelhead from Ludington"

Soaked in Lowreys lemon and garlic overnight.
Wrapped in foil, placed on a cookie sheet and cooked on the grill for 20 minutes.
Fresh steamed zucinni and dirty rice cooked just right.
Garlic bread and an interesting wine, followed up by black coffee and some rasberry tort for desert.
How do you guys like your fish to be cooked/served?

Dawg

I have soaked in soy sauce and fresh crushed garlic overnight. Then try placing the filets directly on the grill. The peices are flipped easier if they are the same size as the metal spatula. Finish off with lemon or orange slices or sweet and sour sauce. Delicious!!!!

It's a GREAT day to be alive and fishing!
